SPRING BREAK
Spring is here again! That means there are a lot of things happening in the next few
months and parents are encouraged to volunteer when needed and help to make it a
wonderful end of year for our students.
On Friday March 25th students will be off for a teacher work day/student holiday. Spring
break begins the following week from Monday March 28th through Friday April 1st.
Enjoy the beautiful spring weather.
PTO MEETING
There will be a PTO meeting on Wednesday March 23rd to discuss graduation and any
other end of year activities. We encourage you to attend, particularly the 8thgrade
parents, since parents are needed to help organize.
YEARBOOK ADS
If you are interested in putting an ad in the yearbook or know anyone who would be
interested please call Noel at the school.
OPEN HOUSE
MMS will be having an open house on Wednesday March 23rd from 4:00-6:00 and on
Saturday April 9th from 10:00-12:00. We encourage you to come and meet the teachers.
GRAD ADVENTURE
This year Grad Adventure will take place on Friday May 20th. We are in need of
chaperones if we are going to participate. At this point we do not have enough volunteers
for this event and we are asking that you consider volunteering for this annual tradition..
If you are interested in chaperoning we will need to know by March 24th. The fee is also
due by this date so Disney World can book us. The cost of the trip will be $100.00 per
student if all students go. The cost could rise if any of the students choose not to go. This
will cover the cost of the charter bus and the entrance fee. This will be the last year that
Disney World will host Grad Adventure Nights.
